Competent Crew Course in Gibraltar

This course is for the newcomer to sailing or for somebody who has a little dinghy sailing but little or no cruising experience.

The course runs for 5 days from Monday to Friday during which time you will be encouraged to take an active part in all aspects of sailing the yacht.

You will be taught basic seamanship, helming, personal safety, sail handling and ropework in a relaxed environment, often in the company of other students new to the world of yachting.

We try to make the courses as much fun as possible, whilst still covering the RYA syllabus, there is no formal exam at the end of the week, as this week is a course not a test.

Cost £485.00 per person per week (5days/6nights)

Practical courses include: accommodation onboard, use of lifejackets & foul weather clothing, marina fees & fuel. All breakfasts and lunches are provided and 3 evening meals.

Start Yachting - Competent Crew - Day Skipper - International certificate of competence - Coastal Skipper - Yacht Master Prep - Mile Building
