Dave Latham is in his element when out at sea, he has been sailing since the age of 11and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of sailing, enabling him to put the newcomer to sailing at ease as well as put the potential Yachtmasters through their paces.His background is offshore yacht racing, cutting his teeth in the hostile waters of the Irish Sea. More recently he has been involved in worldwide yacht deliveries, skippering yachts for PYD, enabling him to give potential yachtmasters looking to go on and work within the industry, first hand advice and knowledge. Whatever you need to know about sail trim, boat speed, spinnaker handling and above all safety, Dave is the man to speak to.
