Every year at Atlantic Charters racing, we present an award for the most improved sailor.

The 2008 award went to Michelle Barber (pictured above), who started as a novice and trained and raced with us all year, including the Rolex middle sea race.

Sadly, Michelle is leaving Gibraltar, having taken a job at the Foreign Office in London, we all wish her the best and hope to see her sailing with us again soon.
