As luck would have it, I found myself stuck in my bunk with a slipped disc on arrival in Gibraltar. For those who have not had the pleasure of visiting this remnant of the great British colonial empire, it is very difficult to make sense of the local administration, particularly the status of its medical institution. I’m sure given time and local knowledge I would have found appropriate treatment but I decided on the safest option and after an agonising delayed flight I have since returned home to France to get myself back in shape (no pun intended!!).
In the meantime, Dave has been busy with yacht deliveries across the Med and with another delivery across the Atlantic starting soon, our poor Seawolf has been left home alone. She is still available for charter though and we have fully qualified skippers on stanby!!!
