Yacht Masters Pass in Gibraltar Sept 09

25 local yachts took part in last weekends short handed race from Sotogrande to Ceuta. light airs at the start soon increased to a blustery 25 knots Westerly once past Europa Point, Gibraltar. Events included the unfortunate dis-masting of one yacht which lost control whilst crossing the bows of an anchored Merchant ship!
